At Loomluma, we want your camping gear and outdoor essentials to arrive safely and clearly. We currently ship orders within the United States only.
We ship camping chairs, beach chairs, camping tents, folding tables, trekking poles, sun shelters, outdoor gear bags, and related outdoor products with care.
Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or if an item requires additional handling due to size or weight.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100.
The free shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes, if applicable.
Shipping Area
Loomluma currently ships to addresses within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Oversized Items & Large Packages
Some camping and outdoor items, such as large tents, canopy shelters, folding tables, and oversized gear bags, may require oversized package handling.
Oversized items may ship separately from other items in your order. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, package size, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product size, warehouse location, carrier handling, or availability.
You may receive more than one tracking number for the same order.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, contact us as soon as possible at support@loomluma.com.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered processing or shipment.
Loomluma is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect address information, oversized package handling, or high shipping volume.
If your tracking has not updated for several business days, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
Loomluma is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing or stolen. However, we will do our best to help with the carrier claim process.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution when eligible.
